Applications now open for the 2025 ISHA Global Travelling Fellowship

ISHA – The Hip Preservation Society is delighted to announce that applications are now open for the 2025 edition of the ISHA Global Travelling Fellowship.

The purpose of the ISHA Global Travelling Fellowship is to provide an educational programme intended to allow surgeons to develop their knowledge and skills in the field of hip preservation surgery.

It will provide the opportunity for two hip surgeons, who are within 5 years of starting their independent practice, to follow an international fellowship programme with some of the leading surgeons in hip preservation surgery. The Fellow will have the opportunity to spend a period with an ISHA approved surgeon in his/her home country as well as with two other surgeons on two different continents.

At each surgical centre, the fellow will have the opportunity to observe and to be closely involved (as an assistant) in arthroscopic surgery performed by a leading ISHA approved surgeon, to discuss surgical procedures and all aspects of patient management, and to share research experience.

Applications close on 1 May 2025.
